1.5.3 Changelog

New

  • Context panel guides: the context panel now shows Skill guides and Space rules, so you can see available capabilities and collaboration conventions as soon as you open a Space.
  • Built-in mini tool guide sync: guides for built-in mini tools now sync automatically to stay current.
  • Improved mini tool settings: a unified settings entry point now supports multi-select fields, automatic focus, and Enter to save for a smoother setup flow.
  • Remembered reading position: each conversation keeps its own scroll position, so you can pick up where you left off after switching chats.
  • Enhanced shortcuts: the model menu now shows shortcut hints and supports direct follow-up prompts; shortcuts for sidebar switching and pinned models are now complete too.
  • Answer waiting sessions on behalf of someone: waiting sessions started by mini tools now support proxy answers, making cross-device collaboration more seamless.

Improvements

  • Unified hint interactions: the sidebar and Composer now use Tooltip consistently for more coherent placement and interaction.
  • Sidebar performance: improved hover performance in large lists, reducing lag when working through long conversation lists.
  • Background task status: background task status now appears in a HoverCard for a cleaner interface.
  • Preserved conversation activity: manually stopping a conversation no longer automatically collapses its activity record, making it easier to review what happened.

Fixes

  • Mini tool compatibility: added support for legacy tool image data and both old and new icon paths, making mini tool display more reliable after updating.
  • Mini tool settings security: fixed plaintext storage of extension keys and unsaved edits lingering in the settings dialog.
  • Extension icon display: fixed extension icons missing on first launch.
  • MCP credential references: existing credential references are now retained after renaming an MCP service.
  • Auto-compaction notice: context-overflow notices no longer appear incorrectly while auto-compaction is in progress.
  • Interface details: fixed the code-copy button in dialogs, dropdown trigger height, question-card width, and missing shortcut dialogs.
